Divisional ERP-Project Lead (m/f/d) GARDENA


Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Drive project together with GIS PL, SI PL and other divisional Project Leads, with focus on ensuring divisional priorities
  • Manage divisional project time-plans, manage and coordinate required business resources and provide support to the divisional business team
  • Drive integration across workstreams and functional areas
  • Collaborate with the SI to e.g. organize business process workshops etc.
  • Coordinate interdependencies with other parallel divisional initiatives
  • Organize and provide status and updates to division
  • Project quality and risk management from division perspective
  • Implementation evaluation
  • Engage in planning of further ERP projects / rollouts and drive divisional roadmap work
  • Drives and coordinates the business process transformation, and has project management responsibility for division
  • Primary purpose is to ensure that the ERP solution aligns with requirements of the business / division through collaboration with functional process teams
  • Responsibility of ensuring required divisional lineorganization commitment and involvement
  • Engage in planning of further ERP projects / rollouts and drive divisional roadmap work
  • Monitor rollout and derive lessons learned


  • Completed studies in the fields of engineering, computer science, IT, econometrics, mathematics, Project Management or equivalent
  • Project manager with extensive experience and understanding of driving business process transformation projects
  • Solid understanding of both the business and IT side
  • Organized and strong communication skills
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Several years of relevant experience
  • Depth project management skills
  • Works systematically, methodically and pro-actively to achieve project goals, follows processes and policies without being rigid.
  • Progressive and diverse experience in Project Management and ERP systems
  • Highly motivated self-starter with strong internal drive to succeed and high work capacity, ability to multi-task and work within tight deadlines
  • Good ability to think strategically and broad without losing sight of important details
  • Needs to be flexible in terms of travel
